Great Chicken Thighs!

A thirty minute dry brine while getting the grill lit and ready to cook was the perfect amount of time. I reverse seared the thighs, cooking them to about 150 degrees over indirect heat, then moving them over the fire and turning often to finish at 175. The flavor was terrific and the aroma was off the charts. I saved the pan that I brought them in on for the last thing to wash because it made the kitchen smell so good!!
